Privacy
Effective October 10, 2026. Wikivec Inc. operates Watch Any Video.
What we collect
Your sign-in details (email, and your name if you use Google), the video links you send, your questions, the answers, and how many minutes you use. We do not download or store the videos themselves: Google's model reads public YouTube links directly.
How long we keep it
Your questions and answers are kept for 7 days so your assistant can fetch them. Written descriptions of public YouTube videos are kept for 30 days and may be reused when anyone asks about the same public video; they contain no information about who asked. Usage counts are kept for about 40 days.
Who processes it
- Clerk: signing you in when you connect the service to your assistant. Data: email address, name if you sign in with Google, sign-in records.
- Google (Gemini API, paid tier): watching the video and writing the description and answers. Data: the video link and your question; under Google's paid terms, not used to train its models.
- Vercel: hosting the website and the connector. Data: IP address and request logs.
- Upstash: storing jobs, video descriptions and your monthly usage. Data: your account id, video links, questions, answers, minutes used.
- Stripe: taking payment for Pro and managing the subscription. Data: email, payment details and billing country; card details go to Stripe, never to us.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, show ads, or identify people in videos from their faces.
Your choices
You can disconnect the service from your assistant at any time. To delete your account and data, email privacy@wikivec.com. The service is only for people aged 18 and over.
